I have been blessed with the opportunity to share my passions through a fusion of culinary cultures, steeped in tradition and personal experience. Our catering service has an inspiring story, much like the perfect charcuterie board, composed of an assortment of experiences, savours, and memories from my native Colombia and my years spent studying and working in Spain.
Growing up in Colombia, I was fortunate to experience a culture abundant in rich flavours and textures. Our tropical fruits, vibrant seasonings, and quality meats are the heart and soul of Colombian cuisine. Every meal was an adventure, an opportunity to explore local tastes.
Later on, living and working in Spain, I was enchanted by the Mediterranean lifestyle and its symbiotic relationship with food. The Spanish have a distinctive way of making the ordinary extraordinary, especially when it comes to food. I fell in love with the concept of ‘tapas’, small plates of delectable foods meant for sharing and enjoying at leisure. It was here that I discovered my affinity for the art of charcuterie, the scrupulous selection and arrangement of cured meats, cheese, fruits, nuts, and bread.
The inspiration for our charcuterie table catering service is a harmonious blend of these two remarkable cultures. We invite our clients on a unique culinary journey, traversing from the hearty, rustic flavours of Colombia to the elegant, subtle nuances of Spanish tapas, all through our meticulously crafted charcuterie spreads.
