Our commitment to quality and creativity was recognised nationally when our signature creation, “The Chocolate Cake,” won both the Classic Cake category and the overall title at Britain’s Best Cake 2025. This indulgent masterpiece features layers of dark chocolate sponge, rich double chocolate ganache, and a hint of dulce de leche, adding a touch of Latin flavour to a classic favourite.

Opened in November 2022 the Abba Cakes, cake shop is my first bricks and mortar patisserie store for people to visit, buy some of my hand-crafted desserts and discuss cake designs for their special occasions.
After starting Abba Cakes in my native Colombia I later moved to Spain to study business administration and continue with my passion.
Today I call the UK my home and after managing a local café and developing a network of small businesses that sell my cakes, cookies and confectionary as well as catering for birthdays and weddings; I knew now was the time to step out and follow my dream in full by running my own dessert cake shop.
